Renewable Energy

Solimar recently teamed up with a strategic marketing and policy firm for clean distributed energy companies. This company based in Washington DC , will allow us to bring affordable solutions for cleaner utilization of energy which lower pollution, noise, and energy costs for our partners and their guests.

A portfolio of technologies, are now in the marketplace to provide clean, quiet electricity, hot-water and air-conditioning for any building, pool, and facility. Because the technologies are becoming more mass-produced, and financed by traditional banks and leasing companies, these newer options are becoming more reliable and more affordable. The ability to aggregate financing (including leasing) allows our partners to switch to renewable energy without paying any costly “upfront” costs, only the same energy costs they are currently paying.

Most businesses use these energy sources for three reasons: First, to provide greater power reliability when either electric lines or electric power cannot be relied on for all-the-time electricity and heat for water and air-conditioning or lighting, OR diesel and propane fuel deliveries do not come often enough or are not timely. Second, many vacationers do not like the noise or smell or traditional diesel and propane generators and in some cases when they fail, they leave a mess and greater odor. Third, if energy costs are rising, many of these new energy approaches do not require fuel and thus can be financed for long periods without rising energy costs. Additionally, because these new energy technologies are cleaner, consumers feel proud to frequent places that are being more environmentally-conscious.

To decide which energy options make sense for any business, information is needed on energy costs, cost changes per year, fuel and electric power reliability, noise and smell issues, how much power for heating/cooling/electricity is needed, and what renewable resources are available as well as design, grounds and roof space are available, and any other issues, limitations, constraints and goals. Once we collect this information, we can give you the options in terms of technologies, applications and monthly energy costs for your business to consider. If interested, we will contact appropriate vendors and financial entities to begin the process of packaging an affordable and reliable approach for your business to review and hopefully to install.
